Remember to exchange and store all the parties involved contact info, insurance slip info, licence plates, car information, and a sketch of the accident, for reporting purposes and for your protection. Once an accident is called into our dispatch center, a Mason's Towing will come to your aid as soon as possible.

*OPP is a cellular feature provided by some cellular carriers and may not be available on all networks. Please contact your cellular provider to determine availability.
9-1-1 Calls From VoIP Phones (Voice Over Internet Protocol)
If you use a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone, please be aware that 9-1-1 may not get your location or phone number when you dial. Further, you may not be connected directly to a 9-1-1 centre. Please refer to the C.R.T.C. Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-21 and Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-61 for additional information.
Subscribers are reminded to clearly determine from their service provider, what level of 9-1-1 service is available to them when using a VoIP telephone system.
If you do call 9-1-1 for an emergency:
- Give your exact location. Include address and town or city as this will enable call taker to either handle the information or transfer you to the proper 9-1-1 centre
- Give your telephone number including the area code
- Advise the nature of your call
- Listen to the call takers instructions - depending on the location and type of incident, you may be transferred
- Stay on the line until advised to hang up
